Which email did I use to buy?

Your login email is whatever address you typed in at checkout. It's the same one your receipt landed in. There's no separate "account email" to dig up, so if a login link isn't showing, the real question is which inbox you bought from.

Find the email you bought with

1. Open every inbox you might have used: personal, work, your partner's, an old backup account. Search each one for babyacrobatics or stripe.com.
2. Open the receipt when it turns up.
3. Read the To: line at the top. That address is the one Stripe billed, and it's the one our system has on file for you.
4. Go to guide.babyacrobatics.com, type that exact address into the Enter your email box, and tap Sign In With Email Link.

A few seconds later a message lands from "Baby Acrobatics" with the subject "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link". Tap Access your guide inside it and you're in.

Bought within the last few minutes? The Stripe receipt usually arrives inside a minute of paying, so if you remember roughly when you checked out, search that day to narrow things down fast.

If the address has a typo in it

Look closely at that To: line. If it reads gnail.com instead of gmail.com, or a letter's missing or swapped, the receipt probably bounced and the login email is going to the same dead address. That's a different fix - see I made a typo at checkout.

If you want the account on a different email

Plenty of people pay with a work email and later want everything on their personal one (or the other way round). You can move the account to a different address. Walk through swap my purchase to a different email.

If no receipt turns up anywhere

Two things to rule out first:

• It slipped into spam or the Promotions tab. Search those folders in each inbox, not just the main view.
• The receipt did arrive, but you're checking the wrong account. The full hunt is in I bought it but can't find it.
