How my partner can use Baby Acrobatics on their own phone
Share access in 30 seconds without sharing your inbox.
On this page
Yes, you and your partner can both use Baby Acrobatics, each on your own phone. One purchase covers your whole household. You don't buy a second copy for a co-parent, a grandparent, or a nanny. Everyone signs in with the same email you used at checkout.
There's no password to share and no device limit. Each phone just needs its own sign-in link to get started.
Set up your partner's phone
The sign-in link always goes to the email used at checkout, so that inbox is where the link lands no matter whose phone is signing in. Here's the full walkthrough:
- On your partner's phone, open
guide.babyacrobatics.com. - They enter the email you used at checkout and tap "Sign In With Email Link."
- Their phone shows "Waiting for confirmation..." and asks them to keep that tab open. Leave it open.
- The link lands in the checkout inbox (yours), in an email from Baby Acrobatics with the subject "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link." Tap the "Access your guide" button and confirm the login on the page that opens.
- Their phone notices the confirmation and signs itself in. They're now in the guide, and they didn't need the email on their own device.
That last part is the bit people miss: your partner's phone signs itself in once the link is confirmed from any inbox. You can tap it from your own phone, or forward the email to them and let them tap it. Either way works.
The link expires 30 minutes after it's sent, so do this while you're both around. After that, request a new one.
How long they stay signed in
About 30 days. After that, that phone asks for a fresh link, and you run the same steps again. There's no need to repeat it daily or every visit. It's a one-time tap per device that lasts roughly a month.
This works for any device, not just a partner's phone. A tablet, a shared laptop, a grandparent helping out for the afternoon - each one gets its own sign-in link and stays signed in on its own.
Why the link goes to the checkout inbox
It's a light safeguard so an account can't be passed around far beyond one household. Every link routes to the purchase email, which keeps you in the loop on who's signing in. Inside your household there's no per-person or per-device cap. More on that in using Baby Acrobatics on multiple devices.
Install it on the home screen
Once a device is signed in, you can add Baby Acrobatics to the home screen for one-tap access, with no browser bar. The install is per device, so each phone gets its own icon. Steps for iPhone and Android: install as a home-screen app.
If the link won't work on their phone
The usual culprit is opening the link in a different browser than the one signing in, like Gmail's in-app browser instead of Safari. Have them long-press the link and choose to open it in the browser they're using for the guide. If it loops back to the email-entry page, that's a known Android Gmail quirk with a fix in magic link loops on Android Gmail.
