Blueprint vs Movement Mastery - what's the difference?

The two tiers compared side by side, with a one-line decision rule.

On this page

Baby Acrobatics comes in two tiers, and the short version is this: the Blueprint is the written system you work through yourself, and the Movement Mastery Method is the same system with an adaptive weekly routine, video, and a course on top. Both are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. The real difference is how much you put together yourself versus how much is planned for you.

If you only want the bottom line: Blueprint for a reference library you run at your own pace, Movement Mastery if you want to be told what to do today and have it keep up as your baby grows.

The Blueprint - $49

A self-guided foundation. You get:

  • The full written guide, organized by developmental stage
  • The complete exercise library - 90+ exercises with photo references
  • 5 starter routines: Newborn Gentle Start, Morning Wake-Up, Tummy Time Toolkit, Happy Tummy, and Bedtime Wind-Down
  • Lifetime access in the web app

This fits if you already feel comfortable shaping your own daily rhythm, or if you want to start small and decide about upgrading later.

The Blueprint does not include the adaptive weekly routine. The 5 routines above are fixed starting points, not a program that changes week to week. If the changing weekly plan is what you're after, read Does the Blueprint include the weekly routine?.

The Movement Mastery Method - $247

Everything in the Blueprint, plus the parts that do the planning for you:

  • A weekly routine that rebuilds itself around your baby's age every week
  • Real-baby video demonstrations across the exercise library
  • The Movement Foundations video course - 20+ lessons from newborn through first steps
  • A bonus library of supporting guides

Pick this if you'd rather watch a real baby do the movement than read it, and you want a plan that keeps moving without you redoing it each week.

Which one do you need?

Both tiers cover the same age range and run on the same exercise system. Movement Mastery is not harder or more advanced content. It's the same content delivered for you, with video and the course added.

  • You want a plan that updates itself as your baby grows β†’ Movement Mastery

A few things worth knowing

When the tier isn't the real question

If your baby is already past 12 months, age fit matters more than which tier you pick. Read Is it too late if my baby is older? first, then decide whether either tier is the right buy right now.
