The 30-day refund window

Full refund within 30 days, no reason needed. Here's how to request it.

On this page

Baby Acrobatics comes with a 30-day money-back window from the date you bought. No reason needed, no form to fill out, no penalty for asking. If it isn't a fit, email us and you get your money back.

This covers both the Blueprint and Movement Mastery.

If you came here looking to cancel a subscription, the refund is what you want instead. Baby Acrobatics is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing recurring to stop. Ask within 30 days and you get the full amount back. More on why nothing renews: is Baby Acrobatics a subscription?.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
  2. So we can find your purchase fast, include your Stripe receipt number or just the email on your account.

Say "I'd like a refund" and that's enough. You don't have to explain why.

We reply within a business day. Once we process it, the refund goes back through Stripe and we close your account access. That's the full picture, so you know what to expect.

What happens after you ask

  • You get a reply confirming the refund has been issued.
  • The money lands back on your card or in your bank account within Stripe's usual window, typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Your account access ends when the refund is processed.

One thing we want to be upfront about: a refund closes your access to the whole program, not just one piece of it. There isn't a "refund the upgrade but keep the Blueprint" option. So if you've added Movement Mastery on top of the Blueprint and you only want to undo part of it, have a look at the next section before you ask.

Haven't heard back yet?

If you've emailed and it's gone quiet, we get how unsettling that feels, especially when it's your money on the line. Your refund is real and we honor it, even if you bought five minutes ago. A slow reply means your message is still in our queue, nothing more.

[email protected] is our only support channel, so that's the right place to reach a person. While you wait:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder for our reply, and add [email protected] to your contacts so the next one lands in your inbox.
  2. Reply on the same email thread instead of starting a new one. That keeps your request together and moves it along faster.
  3. Give us up to two business days. We answer every refund email, and yours is in line.

If two business days pass with no word, reply once more on that thread with "still waiting on my refund" and we'll prioritize it.

Worth knowing before you request

If the real problem is the wrong tier, you can switch instead of refunding. The Blueprint upgrades to Movement Mastery for the difference, and you keep everything you've already done. See Can I upgrade from Blueprint to Movement Mastery?.

If you upgraded to Movement Mastery and now want out, email [email protected]. Because a refund closes the whole account, we'll walk you through what you'll lose before we process anything, so there are no surprises.

If you bought expecting a different format, a paperback or an App Store app, the refund still applies. The format itself is explained in Is Baby Acrobatics a paperback or digital? in case that clears it up first.

You don't owe us a reason

A line about what didn't work genuinely helps us improve the program, but it's never required. We keep the request simple so it's easy to ask.

When this doesn't apply

If you're past the 30-day window, it's still worth emailing [email protected] to tell us what's going on. We look at these one by one and do what we can to help, so don't count yourself out just because the date has passed.

If a charge on your statement doesn't look like it came from us, check the descriptor on the charge first. If it isn't a Baby Acrobatics purchase, we won't be able to refund it from our side, and your bank is the right place to get it sorted.
