What languages is Baby Acrobatics available in?

Baby Acrobatics is in English only today. The videos are highly visual, so the method follows even without strong English.

Baby Acrobatics is in English today. The written guide, the exercise instructions, and the videos are all in English, and that is the only version available right now.

The good news for non-native speakers: the method is built to be watched, not read. The videos show a real baby and a real adult doing each move, so you can follow most exercises by copying what you see on screen. The English text mainly names the move and points out what to watch for.

Following along without strong English

The videos carry most of the teaching. For each exercise you get a short clip of the move done start to finish, so you can mirror the position and the pacing without leaning on the words. Each exercise also has a photo and a few lines of text, which translate cleanly if you run the page through your browser's translate feature. That covers the safety notes and the "stop if" cues, which are the parts most worth reading carefully.

The pieces that lean hardest on language are the written guide chapters and, on Movement Mastery, the video lessons in the Movement Foundations course. Those are explanation rather than demonstration, so a translate tool helps there too. For a full map of what's text, what's photo, and what's video, see What format is Baby Acrobatics?.

A free way to see the style first

If you want to watch a few clips before you buy and judge how followable they feel, our YouTube channel is a good place to start. You can see the exercise style and the pacing for free at youtube.com/@babyacrobatics. We post on Instagram and TikTok under the same handle too.

Is a translated version coming?

We don't have a localized version on the calendar to point you to, so we'd rather not promise a date we can't keep. English is what's ready and supported today. The whole program, the first 18 months and all 100+ exercises, lives in that one version.

If English isn't a fit for you, the 30-day refund window has you covered, full refund and no reason needed. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it, usually within about one business day. The details are in The 30-day refund window.
