Can I print the routine to use without my phone?

Yes - use the Download printable PDF button on the routine.

On this page

Yes, you can save your routine as a PDF and print it or use it offline. Use the "Download printable PDF" button built into the routine. Don't use your browser's print menu - the routine view is hidden from browser print, so it comes out blank.

Download the PDF

  1. Open the routine you want. This works on your weekly routine and on any of the starter routine pages.
  2. Find the "Download printable PDF" button below the routine title, near the exercise count and duration. When the page first loads, the button may briefly say "Loading..." while it pulls in the photos. Wait a second and it switches to "Download printable PDF."
  3. Tap it. It builds the PDF on your phone and downloads it. On the weekly routine the file is named after the week and your baby (for example, week-3-routine-mia.pdf).
  4. Open the downloaded file to save it, print it, or share it.

That's it. No extra account or login needed to open the PDF once you have it.

What's in the PDF

It's a paper-friendly layout of that session: each exercise with its number, its phase (warm-up, mobility, strength, and so on), a short how-to line, and up to three demo photos so you can see the position.

The one thing that doesn't carry over is the video. PDFs can't hold video, so for an exercise you've never done, watch the demo in the app the first time, then the printout is enough for repeat sessions. The pages are A4 sized; most home printers fit that onto Letter paper without cutting anything off.

Using it away from your phone

  • Print it and tape it to the wall or the changing table so you're not holding a phone over your baby.
  • Save it to a tablet or a second phone if you'd rather have a screen.
  • Hand it to a grandparent or babysitter. The PDF works on its own, so they can run the session from paper without logging in.

If someone in your household wants the full video demos too, they can sign in on their own phone with your same access - they don't need to buy it again. See sharing access with your partner or family.

When this doesn't apply

Browser print-to-PDF only works on plain text pages elsewhere in the app. On the routine view it prints blank, so use the button instead.

If you want everything offline (no signal at the park or on a plane), the PDF covers the session plan, but the in-app videos still need a connection. There's no offline video download yet.
