Is this a subscription? How do I cancel?

It's a one-time purchase, so nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. Here's how to confirm you won't be charged again.

On this page

Baby Acrobatics is a one-time purchase, so nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. You pay once and your access stays.

The charge you saw on your statement is the whole thing. You won't be billed next month, next year, or ever. The one exception is if you decide to upgrade later, say from The Blueprint to The Movement Mastery Method. Even that is a separate one-time payment you start yourself by paying the $198 difference. Nothing bills on its own.

Why people ask

Checkout runs on Stripe, which a lot of subscription apps also use. So a Stripe receipt can look like the start of something ongoing. In this case it isn't. The product is sold once, and your access stays on your account.

How to confirm you won't be charged again

If you'd like to double-check, here are three quick ways:

  • Look at your receipt. It's labelled "Receipt," not "Invoice" or "Subscription confirmation," and there's no "next billing date" line.
  • Open your account. There's no billing tab, no subscription page, and no saved card. Nothing on our side is set up to bill you a second time.
  • Check your bank. You won't see a recurring authorization from us. The charge clears once and that's the end of it. On your statement it shows up as "BabyAcrobatics."

Refund vs. cancellation

If what you really want is your money back rather than a way to stop a future charge, there's nothing to cancel. You just request a refund within 30 days of buying. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and you'll get a reply within a business day. Full details are in how the refund window works.

A charge you don't recognize

If a charge from Baby Acrobatics shows up and you don't remember buying anything, maybe a partner bought it or it's a line item you can't place, email [email protected] with the last four digits of the card and the date of the charge. We'll look it up and tell you exactly what it was for.
