Does Blueprint include the adaptive weekly routine?

Short answer and where the weekly routine actually lives.

On this page

The Blueprint gives you 5 starter routines plus the full exercise library, so you have every exercise to work with. The one piece it doesn't include is the adaptive weekly routine that auto-advances with your baby's age. That part is a Movement Mastery feature.

Here's exactly what each tier gives you and what to do next.

What the Blueprint includes

  • 5 starter routines - Newborn Gentle Start, Morning Wake-Up, Tummy Time Toolkit, Happy Tummy, and Bedtime Wind-Down. These are fixed. They don't change week to week, and not every one fits every stage, so you pick the ones that match your baby.
  • The full exercise library - all 100+ exercises with photos and written instructions. You choose and order them yourself.
  • The written, illustrated guide, organised by developmental stage.

The library covers the whole program, birth to 18 months, not just the early months. Crawling, pulling to stand, cruising, walking, balance, and the early acrobatic work are all in there. So a 14-month-old has plenty waiting for them, not only a newborn. This gets misread because the 5 starter routines skew young (tummy time, newborn, bedtime), so some parents see those names and assume the whole product stops around 6 months. It doesn't. The older-baby exercises are all in the library. They just aren't bundled into a starter routine the way the early ones are.

There's no "this week" screen that updates on its own. You drive it.

What's Movement Mastery only

  • The adaptive weekly routine - it advances each week based on your baby's current age, so you open it and follow what's set for that week instead of building the plan yourself.
  • Real-baby video demonstrations across the 100+ exercise library.
  • The Movement Foundations video course (20+ lessons) and the bonus resource library.

For the full side-by-side, see Blueprint vs Movement Mastery.

What to do if you wanted the weekly routine

You have three options. Pick whichever fits.

  1. Keep the Blueprint and use it as a library. The 5 starter routines plus the exercise library cover the same exercises as the weekly routine. The difference is that you pick and sequence them yourself rather than having a plan handed to you. For some parents that's plenty.

  2. Upgrade to Movement Mastery. You don't buy it again - your $49 counts toward the $247, so you pay the $198 difference. To do it yourself:

    1. Open the video course or the Movement Mastery page in the app.
    2. Tap Get Movement Mastery.
    3. Pay the difference by card. Your access opens up right away, and the weekly routine, video lessons, and bonus library show up.

Full steps and what's included are in Can I upgrade from Blueprint to Mastery?.

  3. Get a refund. If the weekly routine was the whole reason you bought and neither of the above works for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. A refund closes the whole account, so you'd lose the Blueprint too. See How the refund window works.

When this doesn't apply

If you bought Movement Mastery and the weekly routine isn't showing, that's a different issue, usually a stale view. Pull down to refresh, or fully close and reopen the app. If it's still missing, see Why hasn't my routine updated? or email [email protected] with your receipt.
