Install Baby Acrobatics on your home screen (iOS + Android)
Step-by-step install for Safari and Chrome, plus what changes once you do.
On this page
A native Baby Acrobatics app is in the works. For now you add the web app to your home screen instead of downloading from the App Store or Play Store, and it installs straight from your browser. Once it's there, you tap the icon and it opens full-screen, without a browser bar.
Setup takes under a minute on either platform. Menu wording shifts a little between iOS and Android versions, so a label below might read slightly differently on your device. The steps are the same.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Use Safari for this. Chrome on iOS can't install web apps to the home screen, so it won't offer the option. You can go back to Chrome for normal browsing afterwards.
- Open Safari and go to
guide.babyacrobatics.com. - Sign in if you aren't already. Tap Sign In With Email Link, enter your email, then open the link we send you.
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up out of it).
- Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
- The name is pre-filled as "Baby Acrobatics." Leave it or shorten it, then tap Add in the top-right.
The icon is now on your home screen. Tap it and the app opens full-screen.
Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and go to
guide.babyacrobatics.com. - Sign in if you aren't already. Tap Sign In With Email Link, enter your email, then open the link we send you.
- Tap the โฎ menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen if you don't see Install. Chrome shows one or the other depending on the version.
- Confirm.
On most phones Chrome also shows an install banner near the address bar. Tapping that does the same thing.
The icon lands on your home screen and in your app drawer. Tap it to open full-screen.
What changes after you install
- The icon opens the app in its own window with no browser bar, so it feels closer to a native app.
- Your session stays signed in, so you won't enter your email link every time.
- On iPhone, push notifications only work once the app is on your home screen. If you want reminders, install first, then turn them on when the app asks.
Login doesn't change. It's still the same email link you use in the browser. The home-screen icon isn't a separate account or a separate app, it's the same site in a more app-like wrapper.
When this doesn't apply
