I can't find Baby Acrobatics in the App Store or Play Store

The Baby Acrobatics app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android. Both are free to download; you sign in with the email you bought with.

Android: Google Play

1. Open Baby Acrobatics on Google Play, or search "Baby Acrobatics" in the Play Store.
2. Tap Install.
3. Open it and sign in with the email you bought with. Tap Sign In With Email Link, then "Access your guide" in the email titled "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link." No password.

If you tried an earlier test version, you may end up with two Baby Acrobatics apps. Keep the new one from Google Play and delete the old one. Your purchase, progress and child profiles live on your account, not on the phone, so nothing is lost.

iPhone or iPad: App Store

1. Open Baby Acrobatics on the App Store, or search "Baby Acrobatics" in the App Store.
2. Tap Get.
3. Open it and sign in with the email you bought with, the same way as on Android.

If you installed the TestFlight beta earlier, swap it for the App Store version: TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. Your purchase, progress and child profiles are on your account, so nothing is lost.

Already signed in on the web?

Open Settings and scroll to Mobile app. The App Store and Google Play buttons are right there.

If the app installs fine but you can't get past the login screen, that's almost always the sign-in link rather than the install. See the login link didn't arrive or what a login error means.
