I can't find Baby Acrobatics in the App Store or Play Store

A native app is on the way. For now Baby Acrobatics runs as a web app you add to your home screen, where it gets its own icon.

A native Baby Acrobatics app is in the works. It is not in the App Store or Play Store yet, so for now you use Baby Acrobatics as a web app. You open it in your browser and add it to your home screen, where it gets its own icon and opens full-screen. It looks and works just like a native app.

How to install it

The whole thing takes about ten seconds.

  1. On iPhone or iPad: open guide.babyacrobatics.com in Safari. This part has to be Safari - iPhones only let you add home-screen apps from there, not Chrome. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow at the bottom of the screen), scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen.
  2. On Android: open guide.babyacrobatics.com in Chrome. Tap the menu (three dots, top right) and choose Add to Home Screen or Install app.
  3. Open it from your home screen. The Baby Acrobatics icon sits next to your other apps. Tap it and it opens full-screen, just like an app you'd download.
  4. Sign in. Enter the email you bought with and tap Sign In With Email Link. We send you a one-tap sign-in link (no password) in an email titled "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link." Tap "Access your guide" in that email and you're in. You stay signed in for about a month before you need a fresh link.

If you'd like the version with screenshots for each tap, see installing the app on iOS and Android.

Why there's no native app

We're building the native app now, and in the meantime the web app keeps you fully covered. One nice side effect: new content and fixes reach your phone the moment we ship them. There's no App Store review to wait on and no update to download. The home-screen install gives you that app-like feel today.

If something called "Baby Acrobatics" shows up in an app store

That one isn't us. We don't publish to the App Store or Play Store yet, so anything listed there under our name is a different product. Open guide.babyacrobatics.com in your browser instead and you'll be in the right place.

If you've already added the home-screen app but can't get past the login screen, that's almost always the sign-in link rather than the install. See the login link didn't arrive or what a login error means.
