I changed phones and lost access - how do I get back in?
Your access is tied to your email, not your phone. Sign in again.
On this page
Your purchase isn't tied to a device. Switching phones takes nothing away from you. The icon you tapped on your old home screen was a shortcut to a website, not an app you downloaded, so there's nothing to reinstall or transfer. You sign in on the new phone the same way you did on the old one.
Get back in on your new phone
- Open any browser on the new phone. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android.
- Go to
guide.babyacrobatics.com. - Enter the email you used at checkout, then tap Sign In With Email Link. (Not sure which email? See which email did I use.)
- Open your inbox. Look for the message from Baby Acrobatics with the subject "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link" and tap the Access your guide button inside it.
- The new phone signs you in. Your progress, favourites, completed lessons, and child profiles are all exactly where you left them.
The login link is good for 30 minutes. If it sits too long and stops working, just enter your email again to get a fresh one.
Put the icon back on your home screen
If you liked tapping a Baby Acrobatics icon instead of typing the address, you can re-add it in under a minute. The steps differ between iPhone and Android, so follow install Baby Acrobatics on your home screen.
This step is optional. The site works fine from a normal browser tab or a bookmark.
If the link won't arrive on the new phone
The link goes to your email, not your phone, so it should land regardless of which device you switched to. If nothing shows up, check the spam folder first, then see didn't get the login email.
If you also lost the old email account
A new phone and a new email is the one case we can't solve from your end, because the link can only go to the inbox on file. Contact us through the form at babyacrobatics.com/contact or email [email protected]. Tell us the name on your card and roughly when you bought, so we can find your account and move your access to a new email.
