What format is Baby Acrobatics - PDF, video, app?

All of the above - and how to find each piece.

On this page

Baby Acrobatics is a web app. You open it in your browser at guide.babyacrobatics.com, log in with your email, and the content is right there. You can also add it to your phone's home screen so it opens with one tap, like a regular app.

You get written guides, photo-and-text exercise instructions, video lessons, and follow-along routines, all in one place and tied to your account. The Blueprint is $49 and the Movement Mastery Method is $247, both one-time. A native Baby Acrobatics app is in the works. It is not in the App Store or Play Store yet, so for now you use Baby Acrobatics as a web app. You open it in your browser and add it to your home screen, where it gets its own icon and opens full-screen. It looks and works just like a native app.

What the content actually looks like

The format depends on which tier you bought, but inside the app you'll find a mix of these:

  • Written guides. The Movement Guide reads chapter by chapter, organized by your baby's developmental stage.
  • Photo + written exercise instructions. Every exercise has step-by-step text and a photo reference. Most exercises (around 88 of 93) also have a video.
  • Video lessons. Movement Mastery includes the Movement Foundations course, a 20+ lesson video curriculum, plus real-baby demonstration clips across the exercise library. Videos stream from inside the app, so you watch them where they sit. You don't download them.
  • Routines. These are interactive, not video files. You scroll through the exercises for the day and follow along.

The Blueprint is mostly written guides, photo references, and 5 starter routines (Newborn Gentle Start, Morning Wake-Up, Tummy Time Toolkit, Happy Tummy, Bedtime Wind-Down). Movement Mastery adds the videos, the adaptive weekly routine, and the bonus library. For the full breakdown, see Blueprint vs Movement Mastery.

Getting in after you buy

  1. Buy through the website. You'll get an email with a login link.
  2. Open guide.babyacrobatics.com and enter your email.
  3. Check your inbox for the link, then tap "Access your guide". That signs you in.
  4. On your phone, add it to your home screen so you don't have to type the address each time. See Install the app on iPhone or Android.

Use it on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Your progress lives in your account, so it follows you across devices.

One-time payment means it's yours to keep. No subscription, no monthly charge, no expiry. See Is this a subscription?.

If you'd rather not hold your phone over the baby

You can't print the whole guide, but you can print a routine. Open your weekly or starter routine and tap Download printable PDF at the top. That gives you a clean sheet to set down on the floor next to you.

(Heads up: the browser's own Print command prints a blank page on this view. Use the Download printable PDF button, not Print.) More on this in Print or export your routine.

When this doesn't apply

Looking for Baby Acrobatics in the App Store or Google Play? You won't find it there yet, since it runs as a web app for now. See Can't find the app in the App Store.
