I paid - where do I access the course?

Good news first: if your payment went through, your access is on its way. It just lives in a separate sign-in email, not in your receipt. We know it's stressful to pay and then come up empty, so here's exactly where to look.

After checkout we send you two emails:

1. The Stripe receipt - this confirms your payment. It's just a record. It doesn't hold the program or a login link.
2. The sign-in email - a separate email from "Baby Acrobatics" with the subject "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link" and an "Access your guide" button. This is the one that opens the program.

There's also a faster route. The thank-you page you landed on right after paying has a "Log in to Baby Acrobatics" button. Tap that and it carries you straight to sign-in with your email already filled in. If you still have that tab open, start there.

If you only see the receipt

1. Search your inbox for "Baby Acrobatics" or the subject "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link".
2. Check spam, promotions, and any "Updates" tab. Sign-in emails sometimes land there.
3. Give it a minute or two if you just checked out. The sign-in email is sent on its own and can lag the receipt a little.

If the sign-in email still isn't there

You can pull up a fresh one yourself. Go to guide.babyacrobatics.com, enter the email you used at checkout, and tap "Sign In With Email Link." A new sign-in email gets generated. Open the link from any inbox, on any device, and the device where you entered your email signs in.

If a fresh link still doesn't arrive after checking spam, two things to try. First, double-check the email on your Stripe receipt matches the one you typed at checkout, since a small typo there sends the link to the wrong place. See I typed my email wrong at checkout. If the app still asks you to pay (even though you already did)

If you paid and the app keeps asking you to pay again, or you've got the receipt in hand and still can't get in, that's on us to fix. It means your access didn't switch on the way it should have. This isn't a missing email or anything you did wrong, so you don't need to keep requesting more sign-in links.

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and forward the Stripe receipt if you have it. We'll turn your access on by hand and confirm when you're in.

What you're looking for once you're in

There's no PDF attachment, no App Store download, and nothing shipped. The program lives in the web app at guide.babyacrobatics.com.
