Can I track progress or mark things complete?

Yes - lesson completion, weekly sessions, and exercise favourites. Where each one lives.

On this page

Yes. Baby Acrobatics keeps track in three places, and none of it needs setting up. You tap as you go, and it follows your account to any device you sign in on.

The three things you can track: video lessons you've finished, routine sessions you've done this week, and exercises you want to save. Here's where each one lives.

Video lessons

The Movement Foundations video course remembers which lessons you've watched.

  1. Open a lesson and watch it. When the video reaches the end, the app marks it done for you.
  2. To mark it yourself, tap Mark complete at the bottom of the lesson. It switches to Completed with a green check.
  3. Changed your mind? Tap Completed again to clear it.

The course page shows your overall progress as a bar with a percentage and a count, like "6 of 20 lessons completed." That count climbs as you finish lessons.

The video course is part of the Movement Mastery Method. The Blueprint on its own doesn't include it. If you're not sure which you have, see Blueprint vs Movement Mastery.

Routine sessions this week

The weekly routine counts how many sessions you've done, so you can see how steady you've been without keeping notes.

  1. Open your routine and work through the exercises.
  2. At the bottom, tap Mark Complete. One circle in the row fills in.
  3. Tapped it by accident? Tap today's filled circle to undo it.

Four sessions a week is the goal, so there are circles for four, with a few extra (5 to 7) for the days you do more. The count resets on its own when a new week begins.

The adaptive weekly routine is a Movement Mastery feature. The Blueprint's 5 starter routines still let you mark a session done, you just won't see the week-by-week tracking. More on how the routine itself works in how the weekly routine works.

Saving exercises you like

There's no separate "saved" list to build. You favourite exercises one tap at a time.

  1. Go to the Exercise Library.
  2. Tap the heart on any exercise to add it to your Favourites. Tap it again to remove it.
  3. Once you've favourited at least one, a Favourites filter appears at the top of the library. Tap it to show only your saved moves.

That's the way to come back to specific exercises instead of searching for them each time. The search box ("Search exercises...") and the phase filter are still there if you'd rather find something fresh.

What you can't track yet

There's no per-exercise "done" checkbox inside a routine. Tracking works at the session level (you finished a session) and the lesson level (you finished a video lesson), not for each individual move. Favourites are the closest thing for marking specific exercises.

If exercise-by-exercise tracking would help you, tell us through the contact form. Requests like that shape what gets built next.

If your progress looks wrong on one device

Your progress lives on your account, not the device, so it shows up wherever you sign in with the same email. If it looks out of date on one phone, pull down to refresh the page, or fully close the app and reopen it. That pulls the current state from your account. If a finished week still won't move on, see why hasn't my routine updated?.
