I typed my email wrong at checkout

This is a quick fix on our end. Email [email protected] with three things and we'll move your access to the correct address, usually within a business day.

What to send

1. Your Stripe receipt number, or just forward the receipt email you got after paying.
2. The email you actually typed at checkout - the one with the typo in it.
3. The correct email you want the account moved to.

That's all we need to find the purchase and switch the address. You don't have to remember the exact day you bought or which card you used.

What happens next

Once we move the account, here's how to get in:

1. Go to guide.babyacrobatics.com.
2. Type your correct email into the "Enter your email" box.
3. Tap Sign In With Email Link.
4. Open the email from Baby Acrobatics (subject: "Your Baby Acrobatics Login Link") and tap Access your guide.

You're in. Your purchase, your child profile, and any progress you'd already started stay attached to the account. Nothing gets reset.

What if the typo'd address is actually a real inbox?

Sometimes the typo lands on an inbox you can still open. If you can get into it, log in there for now and everything works normally. Still send us the swap, though, so future login links go to the email you actually check.

Why this happens

Stripe Checkout charges your card without asking you to type your email a second time. One slip - [email protected] instead of gmail.com, or gmail.con instead of gmail.com - and the receipt and login link both go to an inbox you can't open.

It's a common one, and we fix it all the time. No need to buy again or start over.
