Where do I find previous weeks' routines?
How to revisit past routines and exercises you've done.
On this page
You can get back to any exercise from an earlier week through the Exercise Library, which keeps every move that's ever shown up in a routine. The routine view itself shows your current week only. We don't have a past-week archive yet, so an earlier week's exact session isn't saved somewhere you can pull it back up. To repeat an earlier routine or revisit specific exercises, the Exercise Library is the place.
The reason it's not stored: your week is worked out from your baby's birthdate each time you open it, not saved week by week. Once your baby moves on, the old week's layout isn't kept around.
Get back the exercises from an earlier week
Every exercise that has ever shown up in any week's routine lives in the Exercise Library. So even without the original session, you can find the moves again.
- Open the Exercise Library from the sidebar.
- To find a specific exercise, type its name in the Search exercises box. To browse a session's worth at once, tap a phase filter along the top: Connection, Warmup, Mobility, Strength, Acrobatic, or Cooldown.
- Tap the heart on any exercise card to save it to your Favourites.
- Once you've favourited a few, a Favourites button appears with the phase filters. Tap it to show just the ones you saved.
That gets you the exercises themselves. The exact session shape, the flow label, the order, and the pacing of that week, isn't stored anywhere, so you'd put those together yourself.
Save a week before it changes
If you want to hold onto a week you liked, save it as a file while it's still your current week. Open the routine and tap Download printable PDF at the top. That gives you a copy you can keep, print, or send to a partner, even after your baby's routine has moved on. Use the in-app button, not your browser's print option, which comes out blank. More on that in printing your routine.
Still seeing the same week?
If your routine hasn't changed and you're wondering whether it's stuck rather than just early, that's a different thing. In the first stretch, week-to-week repetition is intentional - babies need reps. See why hasn't my routine updated for how the weekly routine advances.
