Is there a free version or a free trial?
No free trial or free tier. The 30-day refund is the risk-free way to try the full product, with a free taste of the method on our social channels.

There isn't a free trial or a free tier, but there is a risk-free way to try the whole thing. Buy the Blueprint or Movement Mastery, use it with your baby, and if it isn't a fit, ask for a full refund inside 30 days. No reason needed, no form. That gives you the complete product in your hands, not a stripped-down preview.
If you'd like a feel for the method before you buy at all, our public social channels are free to watch. More on both options below.
The 30-day refund is the try-before-you-commit
This is the closest thing to a trial, and it's better than most trials because you get everything, not a locked sample.
- You buy the tier you want and get full access right away. The Blueprint ($49) is the written guide plus all 100+ exercises. Movement Mastery ($247) adds the adaptive weekly routine, video, and the course.
- You have 30 days from purchase to decide.
- If it isn't right, email
[email protected]from the address you bought with and say you'd like a refund. You get the full amount back.
The full steps and timing are in How the refund window works. One thing worth knowing up front: a refund closes your whole account, so you're returning the product, not keeping a free copy.
A free taste of the method
You can see the Baby Acrobatics approach for free on our public channels before spending anything:
- Instagram: @babyacrobatics
- YouTube: @babyacrobatics
- TikTok: @babyacrobatics
These give you a sense of the movements and the tone. They aren't the full program. The 100+ exercise library, the stage-by-stage written guide, and the weekly routine live inside the app once you own it.
Why there's no separate free plan
Baby Acrobatics is a one-time purchase with lifetime access, not a subscription, so there's no recurring tier to gate behind a trial. You pay once and it's yours, with nothing renewing later. The refund window is how we let you try the real thing without risk, instead of holding most of it back. More on the one-time model is in Do I get lifetime access?.
Still deciding which tier?
If the question behind "is there a free version" is really "is this worth it for us," it can help to compare the two tiers and start smaller. The Blueprint is the lower-cost way in, and you can move up to Movement Mastery later for just the difference if you want the done-for-you routine. See Blueprint vs Movement Mastery.
Either tier covers the first 18 months, with the pre-walking months being the sweet spot. If your baby is on the older end, Is it too late if my baby is older? is the better page to read before you buy.
