Gentle Chest Rhythm
Place hands gently over baby's chest while they lie on their back. Synchronize gentle compressions with their breathing.
Deep pressure input is calming to the nervous system and supports bonding.
Knee-to-Chest
Gently bring both knees toward baby's chest in a smooth rhythmic motion.
Encourages natural hip and lower back movement, strengthens core, and relieves gas.
Little Foot Sole Massage
Use your thumb to make small circles over the sole of baby's foot.
Stimulates nerve endings in the feet, promoting sensory awareness.
Alternating Arm Raises
Gently hold baby's forearm and slowly lift one arm straight up, then switch sides.
Supports shoulder, arm, and upper back development.
Supine Spinal Twist
Gently bend one knee toward chest and guide it across the body toward the opposite side.
Helps with gas relief and supports natural movement patterns including midline crossing.
ILU Abdominal Massage
Trace I-L-U strokes on baby's abdomen following the path of the colon.
Following the anatomical path of the colon helps move trapped gas for release.
Sacral Wobble
Cup baby's sacrum with one hand and create gentle side-to-side wobbling motions.

Hip Rotation
