Baby Exercises at 6 Months

At 6 months, your baby is preparing to sit independently and crawl. Exercises at this stage focus on weight shifting, trunk rotation, and the bilateral coordination that makes crawling possible. This is when the foundation built in earlier months pays off in visible motor progress.

At six months, the whole game changes. Your baby stops being a passenger and starts being a participant. They reach, they roll, they push, they wiggle toward things they want. Our job shifts from gently guiding every movement to setting up little challenges and watching them figure it out. This is the pre-crawling explosion, and honestly, it's one of the most exciting phases of the whole first year.
