Community Guidelines

1. Be supportive

Treat people with dignity. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, humiliation, and coordinated attacks are prohibited.

2. Protect children and private information

• Do not post a child’s full name, address, school, contact details, precise location, medical records, or another family’s private information.
• Never post sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming, trafficking, or child-endangerment content.
• Do not request private images of children or move suspicious conversations off-platform.

3. Keep guidance responsible

Personal experiences are welcome when clearly described as personal. Do not present unqualified medical advice as fact, discourage appropriate professional care, promote dangerous practices, or make misleading cure, diagnosis, or treatment claims.

4. No abuse of the service

Spam, scams, undisclosed promotion, impersonation, fraud, malware, illegal activity, copyright infringement, privacy violations, and attempts to evade moderation are not allowed.

5. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use the report and block controls in the app. We may filter, hold, restrict, remove, or preserve content; limit features; suspend accounts; and refer apparent criminal or child-exploitation material to NCMEC or law enforcement where required. Urgent child-safety and credible-threat reports are targeted for review within 24 hours; ordinary reports within 72 hours.

6. Appeals and safety contact

Appeal an enforcement decision within 14 days by emailing [email protected]. Include the report or moderation reference, not sensitive child information.
